The PERFECT home for your family or reunion! This is a 5 bedroom 4 bath ranch style home located off Highway KK in Osage Beach. Just minutes from the heart of Osage Beach and close to all of the attractions, shopping, music show and restaurants!
Walk right into on the main floor to the great room featuring an immediate fantastic view from this waterfront home! Includes Living Room with new 55" flat screen TV, DVD player, fireplace and massive Dining Room with seating for 12. Kitchen features an island that seats 4, flat top range, microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door.
Also located on the upper level is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom features a King size bed, private bathroom and deck access. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both feature a Queen size beds.
Downstairs includes a game room with flat screen TV, game table, bumper pool, foosball, guest bathroom and wet bar. Bedroom 4 features a Queen bed with deck access and Bedroom 5 features 4 built in Twin beds and a Full over Full bunk bed. Also located on the lower level is another guest bathroom and the laundry/utility room complete with deck access and extra refrigerator.
The best thing about this house are the over sized decks! Both upper and lower allow plenty of room to spread out that family! The lower level deck now includes a large screened in area to keep the bugs away at night! This home also includes a 2 well dock with 10 x 28 slips, a 10,000 lb. boat hoist (in one of the slips, no hoist in the other), swim platform and small yard out back.
Since this home sleeps up to 18 people, you could bring the whole clan! Give it a try for your next vacation rental!

Great house

We loved everything about this house. Plenty of room inside and out for a large group. We spent most of our time boating, swimming off the dock and sitting on the deckin the evenings. This house will be our first choice when we return!

Beautiful Home!

We had a group of 10 guys stay here and the home was amazing. Plenty of room for all of us and the back deck was incredible. If you’re looking for night life/bars it seemed to be a little far from everything but otherwise it was great.

Perfect

We have been bringing our family of 18 for 5 years this is the first place we have ever wanted to return to! This house was the most clean inside and out that we have rented ! It was the best stocked house! It was great having extra fridges! I was very worried about he air conditionimg due to reviews but we have a week of 90 plus and had no problems! Plus there are fans in closets as well! Can't say enough about the dock! The kids loved the snack shack! They only tho g they wanted was a platform to jump from! The cove is perfect! We will be returning! Booking it as soon as we can!

Property needs some TLC

The property needs some maintenance. Drains were clogged, AC would randomly blow out warm air, one of the dryers didn't work well, and the fridge in the kitchen didn't keep food cold. Garbage outside of full on arrival and was never dumped during our stay. We called maintenance during stay on AC and they were fast to respond but, AC would randomly blow out warm air and the inside temp was in the mid 70's. Luckily the 2nd AC kept the basement cooler and main living area so we slept in the basement instead of the master bedroom. Great location on channel next to Red Heads and Paradise. Dock was in good shape.

Great Location, House was dirty, old and in need of updating.

We had 2 families. There was plenty of room for all of us. You couldn't ask for better location/cove. Only downfall is house is old, dirty and in need of TLC
