If you are looking for a large home for a family reunion, this is it! Minnowbrook Retreat is a 5 bedroom waterfront home located in Camdenton at the 13.5 mile marker of the Niangua Arm of Lake of the Ozarks.

The main level features an open concept Living Room with Smart TV, wireless internet and deck access. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your large group. The Breakfast area seats 8 with a few more seats on the screened porch.

The Master bedroom includes a King bed, Smart TV, deck access and private bath with dual sinks, soaker tub and laundry. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen bed, Smart TV, private screened deck (sharing screened deck with breakfast nook) and near the half bath.

Downstairs includes a Family Room with 2 Queen sofa sleepers, additional dining area or large game table, wet bar with extra refrigerator, microwave and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 has a King bed, Smart TV and lakeside deck access. Bedroom 4 has a King bed and Smart TV while the 5th bedroom has 2 Queen beds, Smart TV and walk-in closet.

Lower level has a covered patio, lots of seating and large gas grill. This home is flat and grassy all the way to the covered dock with picnic table and fishing well where you can enjoy fishing and swimming (Shallow - No diving!).

The Camdenton area is just a few minutes down the road where you will find several grocery stores, Walmart, dining, shopping and attractions.

Great getaway

The area was perfect, house was large for our extended family to have privacy bedrooms and the property was amazing! Would definitely book here again if we ever make the trek again from Minnesota....

Loved Minnowbrook

This house was just the right size for our group. The location and surrounding property on the lake were amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time on the lake. We spent all day playing in the water.

Family fun

The house was spacious. Two levels, not many stairs. Convenient to town. Water wasnt too busy for kids to surf and tube. Agent helpful with local information. More parking than other rentals.

Fun was had by all!

This was a family reunion of four generations. Everyone (all the generations) commented how great this place was. My elderly father (85) loved the seat in the shower. He wants one at his house now. The children had room to run. It was nice to have a flat area of grass where the kids could play. Laughter and screams of delight could be heard all around the house. Sunsets are beautiful!!
