As brand-new construction, there's a thoughtful focus here on smart design and streamlined style. The interior of the studio is small in size but also full of designer finishes, with large and generous windows showcasing the neighborhood around you. You'll have every essential at your fingertips - a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a sofa where you can curl up to watch TV, and a comfortable bed. Beware of property management team

To start, unless you are visiting the local university or one of the hospitals the location makes no sense. It sits a long walk to any of the Seattle tourist attractions. The place is much small then appears in the pictures and you can easily find a larger hotel room for less in the heart of the city. As described parking is not reserved and to make things worse the street this rental sits on is limited to 2 hrs only. Where you should really be concerned is that this property is managed by Vacasa! Vacasa still describes the property as being on the 3rd floor that is elevator assessable even after I brought this up to them as being false. As stated before due to the location of the hospital I booked for my wife's operation. Upon arrival it was clear there was no elevator. My wife's operation made it impossible for me to get her up 3 flights of stairs. We were forced to find other accommodation and Vacasas was only willing to refund us the $100 cleaning fee. If Vacasa is not willing to refund a post operative guest unable to access the property due to their mis advertisement, image if you had an issue and need resolutions. Something you should consider before renting this property. I've stayed in Seattle many times and their are many hotels that are far better priced and located.

Weekend in Cap Hill

My girlfriend and I had an amazing getaway at the Marion Hideaway! The location in Cap Hill was the perfect area to stay in while we were in town exploring Seattle! The late night outdoor fire pit followed up with a quick walk up the street to Rhein Haus made for a fun evening, we really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in the neighborhood. We also really enjoyed the in house gym and Peloton bike in the morning, after we worked up an appetite we had to visit Lost Lake Cafe for a late morning brunch. We will definitely be returning for our next weekend getaway!

Heart of Capitol Hill - Great Stay

I needed somewhere last minute to stay for a Kraken game that I was going to that weekend, and luckily found this place. Perfect for what I needed. I had a great corner room that had a view of downtown Seattle and let in a lot of natural light which was nice in the morning. Didn't need to use it, but I also noticed the kitchen was stocked. It was also within walking distance of the restaurants and bars that I wanted to go , super convenient. The parking was a bit challenging but it's Capitol Hill so I expected that. All in all, great stay in a central Seattle location, would recommend to others.
