-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Good

Property was good. Sink had some clogging issues but was very minor. Husband had to fix it twice. Didn’t like the fact that electricity was not included in the price. We had to pay for electricity separately . Our electricity was 2g baht which amounted to about $50 USD for only one week stay which we thought it was a little high. Not used to staying at places that doesn’t include electricity. Our place was a little far from our activities. Not quite central location. If you like shopping and night life this place is a big far out from all the activities l. Other than that location was nice and quite.

Très belle villa

Très belle villa et bien située juste dommage qu’il manque un peu de vaisselle, seulement 3 verres et 3 tasses mais couvert et assiettes nickel. Rien a dire de plus car nous avons passer un superbe séjour dans la villa

We was a group of three males and choose this property based on bedrooms and size for our requirements and we were very pleased when we arrived that everything was as described. Greeted by Lucas and shown around the villa and also given many tips on what to see and do around the area, a very great help. What made our stay memorable was the location of the villa as it was within a very nice community away from all the big resorts which gave us a great experience and the people of rawai couldnt be more friendlier.
