Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is at 11am. When you are ready to leave, please lock all doors and windows and shut off all of the lights and the air conditioning.
Please take out your trash upon departure (grey bin in the backyard). Please make sure there is no dishes in the sink or counters (we expect the kitchen to look as how you found it).
You don’t have to make the bed. All the used covers, linens, towels please place them on the bed. Please inform me when you have checked out, with just a quick message!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
