In room 266 it had siderwed on the ceiling fan please check the room well

The property was ok but I think they need to provide better assistance on if you stay two or more night like clean towels and extra tissue in the room

Unit was dirty. Under couch and beds there was cereal, dust and hair and floors were sticky. Unit was average size. NOT AT ALL what is pictured so be careful.

A place to rest our heads.

Room was not the one pictured, it had no outdoor screened in area, and our room was not ready when we checked in. We were told we would be called when it was ready, 2 hours later we called, they said it was still not available, an hour after that we went back to the registration desk and they said our room was available, but we never received a phone call. We were coming from MI and were exhausted with 2 young children. They were, however, very interested in selling us a time share, extremely pushy when I said no thank you to the “tour” and then when they called half way through our visit my husband also said no. We also could very vividly hear everything that was happening in the room next to us, since there was an adjoining door.... one night my husband got up because it sounded like someone was in our condo because it was so loud. Would not book at this location again. We did bring up our concerns to the front desk, where we were told “sorry” and if we scheduled a meeting we could get a free night at their location on Cocoa Beach {again with the sales *insert eyeroll*}

Overall very nice

First impression was not great as all the people at check in kept asking me "Are you married?" "Is your husband with you?" "He's not?" "Are you familiar with the area?" All those questions to a woman alone with her teenage daughter were a bit unsettling. Then our keys didn't work and we had to go back to the front desk 3 times and they had to call security out to check the door. The unit was very nice and comfortable and the pool was very pretty. Overall very nice.
