Condo was perfect It gave us separate full baths for 2 families. We had a half bath too. One family was upstairs and had their own area to watch tv if someone couldn’t sleep. We had a pool and a hot tub on site. It was close to Gruene and New Braunfels.

Property is clean, spacious and quiet. Property management were helpful and the facility had wonderful amenities. Had a wonderful stay with my family and our granddaughter loved the pool!

Easy and convenient check in. Comfortable and well kept place. There is a train track that is fairly close to the resort so I heard multiple trains a night (I am a very light sleeper though). Would recommend bringing white noise machine. Also, the wifi is not included and you have to pay extra so that was a little disappointing. Other than the trains and the wifi, I would highly recommend!

Beautiful brand-new condo, spacious, spotless, perfect location!

My parents and I absolutely loved this new condo. The location was perfect walking distance to Gruene. It was very spacious could easily sleep six people comfortably. Beautifully decorated as well, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night.

Do not let them put you in the rooms right on the main road

Rooms on the main road leave you sleeping 10 feet from the street. Morning weekday traffic starts roaring at 4 am. Manager was kind and understanding and moved us to the backside for our second night.

Nice place for the weekend

I wish I had known this was a time share property. I LOATHE being pitched these and might have avoided booking. BUT after a quick explanation that we had zero interest in the sales pitch we had a fantastic stay. The place is fairly convenient and even walkable to downtown Gruene but you do have to hike up a steep hill past the river. The condo itself was awesome. Lots of room, comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer (perfect post tubing clean up). If we can avoid the sales pitch I will definitely stay here again.

More than expected

The property was easy to find and the check in process was so easy and informative. There are lots of activities for kids and families. When we opened the door and stepped into the unit I was surprised at how open and inviting it was. It was like a second home and we just fit right in. It's so clean and well laid out. This will be our go to from now on.

Great Gruene Stay!

This property is really perfect... very clean, vary spacious (2 bdrm, 2 story, 1400 sq.ft!). Just across the street from the tube rental company we used - Rock'n River - with shuttle service. Just a couple minutes from Gruene - great eats and shops. Highly recommend!

The facilities and the people were very nice. When we checked in we were offered their sales pitch but we politely declined and they was nothing more said about it. It’s a beautiful resort that is conveniently located to the town of Gruen. Highly recommended.

We got locked out at midnight on New Year's Eve in 23 degree weather for 25 minutes. We were displaced into another unit. The next day we got back into the unit only to find that the first floor could not be warmed up past 60 degrees and the second floor was 90 degrees. Not worth the money. What a terrible experience.
