Beautiful, brand-new cottage near the town of José Ignacio and its beaches. You’ll love its style and comfort. It’s ideal for couples, friends, or solo travellers, as we can set it up with a king-size bed or twin beds, accommodating up to 2 people.

The property features a fully enclosed lot for added security and privacy. Exterior security cameras.

The space:
The space includes a spacious living area with a kitchen, full bathroom, deck with a pergola, and garden. In another room, you’ll find the bedroom with box springs, mattresses, and hotel-quality linens.
The location is perfect for lovers of surfing, kitesurfing, and paddleboarding, as it’s just a few metres from “Pepe”—Maldonado’s best wave—and the lagoon.

We have excellent Wi-Fi coverage both inside and outside the house, and our parking is free.
