This vacation home is 5 minutes west of Canmore and 3 minutes to Banff National Park Gate, and we are also near the eastern start of the Legacy trail (a paved biking/hiking trail connecting Canmore and Banff) and numerous mountain biking trails.

> Outdoor Hot Tub: Open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, closed for maintenance on Sundays.
> Firepit area & BBQs: Public BBQs are located by the fire pit area behind the
building.
> Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities in the main building.
> Bedding for sofa bed: If you need to use the sofa bed, the extra bedding will be placed in the foyer closet.
> There are garbage and recycling bins located on the west side of the lodge. Please don't leave your garbage bags on the deck, it will attract animals.
> In-floor heating system:
The in-floor heating system will take time to fully heat from a cold state, please do not push the thermostat past 24 Celsius degrees.
> The portable AC is available for summer. It is normal for a portable AC to make a bit of noise while it is in use. > Please manage the use if you feel the noise is too loud.
Pets are not allowed on/in bed and sofa bed. Violation can cause extra cleaning charges to guests.
