Ok listing, but extra charges.

Pay attention to the fine print. We had to pay for armbands to the resort which was over $100 all added up. They supply nothing for you other than two towels. Decent location. Not very much parking at all if your family will have multiple vehicles. only 2 small spots, or 1 big truck will fit. It rained alot while we were there and the roof literally fell in on us. A small section of the ceiling fell down all over the hallway. I did call the manager and she was there within an hour to fix the leak which turned out to be the water heater and sounded like a common problem in this rental. You could tell by the furniture and carpet and such that this rental has gotten a lot of life out of it. Needs updated furniture in most areas as everything is tore up and stained. It worked for us but we arent very picky. Location was close for disney. about 30 minutes total. Not as close as I thought it would be with traffic and what not too. I probably wouldn't rent this villa again.

Old home not clean

Wifi and contact with the owner was good. But the house really needs an update. And it was not clean! No lights in the house, floor was broken needs new flooring. Resort was great.

Overall nice townhouse

When we arrived the front desk had input our days incorrectly and had to fix that before we could enter. Only reason they fixed it was due to me having email confirmation of dates. The townhouse is in a nice location and decent itself. Cleaning crew needs to do more thorough job. There were hairs in the master bathroom, dust in every room and on ceiling fans, and silverware and dishes had to be washed by us due to old food being on them. Trash and dirt were also under furniture in bedrooms. I messaged property manager and a worker just said they would let her know with no more responses. Overall great place just not well cleaned!

Not what was expected

The check in process and the resort people were great. But………The place needs major updates. The pictures are definitely show pictures and glammed up. We killed a few bugs in downstairs bathroom. Downstairs bathrub is clogged and doesn't drain well. The venting system also doesn't work well in the bathroom as well. The lamenant flooring is separate in multiple areas. The temperature has to be kept at 75 minimum -in FLORIDA! Says it will freeze if lowered which makes no sense. It's uncomfortably humid in the place. Beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable! The king bed is decent but everything else is awful. Shower heads need replaced/cleaned. Entire place just felt dirty. It would help a lot if they would just get it properly cleaned. Extra Resort fee you have to pay when you get there that is not disclosed until we received check in instructions. We had to pay an extra 177! It's 22.40/day. In the description for how far you are from everything. Add a minimum of 10 minutes. It took us about 45 minutes to Disney springs to give you a good idea of everything else.

It was ok.

Needs to be updated. Ant and roach issue. Emailed property management about it and they said they would send someone out to exterminate. Didn’t help while we were there. Stove partial worked. We ended up leaving a day early. Was a nice area. Close to Disney parks. Nice pool and staff were very nice.

The Levangie’s

The house was perfect to accommodate 8 of us. 3 full bathrooms and a power room was great to have with the number of people we had. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids and they enjoyed the play area. All of the appliances worked well. Would return again if in this area.

Family trip to Disney/Universal

We enjoyed staying at this property during our trip. It was a good distance from the theme parks and close to many stores and restaurants. The resort/pool area was very nice.

Apartment had lots of space. Pool was fun. Biggest beef is that they didn't stock bathrooms with soap or have extra garbage bags or toilet paper and such.

Good - cheap, nice pool area , nice staff and able to walk to bars x3 and restaurants x 8 - so ideal for families - good distance from parks Bad - dated - properties look tired , resort fee at $22 per night and the bar and restaurant on site were empty and soleless But more positive than negative

Great Value

I've been to other places that charge extra for terrible internet. (10$/day for a "blazing" 10mbp/s). I was very pleased this place had good internet that did not cost extra. The water in the pool area was also a perfect temperature for me. I get too cold pretty easy but the water was just right. The slide was also impressive. It was longer than you would expect. I also appreciated the pool area staying open until 11pm. Other places close the pool areas a lot sooner. That was nice for a night owl like me.

Wonderful Stay

This condo unit was certainly better kept up than some at Regal Palms. With that said, there were still a few things that needed attention. The microwave has tape on the door and a vent that falls off the top. It needs to be replaced. Also, there was no mop or broom. I bought them and donated them to the unit. Overall, it was still in good shape and there were the cutest squirrels that would come to the sliding door looking for food. They were so tame that they would eat out of your hand if you sat very still.
