Welcome to the Russian River Valley, one of California's most beautiful and distinctive wine regions. You'll experience an unforgettable vacation at this resort, full of family-owned wineries, gorgeous ocean hikes, magnificent groves of Redwood trees, and much more.

Each condo is outfitted with one king-sized bed in the master bedroom, one queen murphy bed or two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note that the bedding in each unit varies. Ideal for tup to 6 guests, this comfortable rental features a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have high-speed Internet access (for a fee), coffeemaker and cable TV with DVD player.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. The resort is equipped with limited electric vehicle charging stations.
Electric vehicle charging stations are available and are located near building 9.
Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The outdoor pools are heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool signage for more information.

I didn't realize, when I booked, that this is a time share type property. You have to pay for wifi unless you attend a sales pitch. Property itself was great.

This was our 3rd time staying at this resort and will definitely be back. The property is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It is a very good value and have recommended it to my daughter and friends. The only draw back is having to talk to the Timeshare people. They are friendly but very persistent. Even after we told them we were not interested our phone rang about 2 times per day, once my cell and once in the property trying to get another opportunity with us.We always enjoy the hot tub! Yes there are several.

Perfect for families

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this location. We’ve been back 5 times now. From the spacious condo-like rooms, to the pool/hot tubs, to the arcade/game room, and basketball/volleyball courts and playground. This resort has it all. Minutes to wineries, and multiple downtown squares. Highly recommended 5/5!

The management cancelled our reservation at last hour.

We called property to confirm arrival one hour out and they said our reservation was cancelled due to overbooking from a glitch in their WiFi. They put us in a Holiday Inn but we are very unhappy. Never got to see the property. They did not call, text, or email.
