As an avid mountain biker and a full-time resident of Costa Rica, Brian has been living his dream. His passion for adventure has led him to explore different countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Peru, Panama, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Portugal. Along the way, he has picked up hobbies such as surfing, hiking, corn hole, table tennis, dancing, poker, and ocean swimming.
When he's not out exploring the world, Brian finds joy in cooking, particularly Mexican cuisine, and has participated in numerous cooking classes. He is also known for his skill in performing fire dancing with a dragon staff and spinning electronic music as a Dj.
Despite the distance between them, Isabelle and Lydia, who are his grown daughters frequently visit him from the USA. An adventurer at heart, he continues to discover new journeys, recently experiencing a life-changing exploration of plant medicine.

Welcome to our slice of paradise in Costa Rica! We fell head over heels for the sheer beauty, charm, and diverse nature of this Central American jewel on our first visit in 1999. Two weeks later, we had purchased our quaint little house on the side of a mountain with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and verdant forests.
