Completed in 2021, this front-row ocean-view home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, over 4,800 sq. ft. of living space, and more than 1.3 acres of tropical surroundings. Villa Serena comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers 24/7 manned security.

The spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, handcrafted wood furnishings, a 72” Smart TV, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and large glass doors that open toward the ocean and outdoor living spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for families and groups, with a large center island, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, custom cedar cabinetry, and a Guanacaste wood dining table. Sliding and accordion-style glass doors open the kitchen to the outdoors, creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor experience.

One of Villa Serena’s highlights is its large 42’ x 16’ infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The covered terrace and surrounding outdoor areas offer plenty of space to relax, enjoy time with family and friends, practice yoga, or watch the sunset over the ocean.

The villa features five spacious bedrooms:

• An upstairs ocean-view King suite with a private balcony, sitting area, TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom with an ocean-view rain shower and double sinks.

• Two ocean-view King bedrooms on the main level, each with private bathrooms, TVs, double sinks, and outdoor seating areas near the pool.

• One spacious King bedroom overlooking the surrounding jungle and wildlife corridor, with an outdoor seating area and partial ocean views.

• One Queen bedroom surrounded by the tropical rainforest.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, and air conditioning is available throughout the home.

The surrounding jungle is part of the Villa Serena experience. Guests may spot monkeys, toucans, sloths, iguanas, and colorful tropical birds from the property.

Villa Serena is conveniently located just minutes from Dominicalito Beach, Poza Azul Waterfall, swimming holes, restaurants, and some of the South Pacific’s most beautiful beaches.

A short drive north brings you to Dominical, a popular surf town with restaurants, cafés, shops, grocery stores, and excellent surfing. Uvita is approximately 15 minutes away and offers larger supermarkets and additional services, while Ojochal is known for its excellent international dining scene.

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property.

To keep the property in excellent condition, garden and pool maintenance is performed on Mondays and Thursdays. Our team works efficiently to minimize any interruption to your stay.
