This memorable house is the perfect place for your trip to Tucson. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this property offers a peaceful retreat for all guests.
The Dwelling has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a king bed, dual sink and large shower tub, a second bedroom with a full bed and built in closet, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a personal TV. You'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house features convenient amenities with WiFi, AC, a washing machine and a large beautiful yard.
Entertain yourself and your guests both indoors and out. With a pool table in a large gathering area inside, and a beautiful yard with lots of shade, citrus trees, turf and a gathering area with a firepit! We also offer a smaller dog run within the side yard with easy access for your pup from within the house, to come and go as they please. You don't have to worry about coming home to check on your pups or take them out, plus they will get to enjoy their own turf to spend the day on while you are visiting all that Tucson has to offer.
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this charming property with walking access to the Rillito River Park, a path that runs along the entire length of the Rillito River, connecting you to over 50 miles of paths for biking or walking, all from within the neighborhood!
This property offers easy access to the interstate to make getting downtown or around town painless with little effort battling through street traffic! Visit historic Downtown Tucson for a fabulous night on the town. Take a drive up the Catalina Highway to visit the Sky Island known as Mt Lemmon.
