Bright little one bedroom apartment with parking in the heart of Center Sq. A neighborhood, filled with restaurants, pubs, arts, architecture and lots character. Just a block away from Washington Park and walk-able to The Capital, NYS Museum, NYS Archives, Downtown, Albany Med, Albany Law & Stratton VA

Located in Albany's finest urban neighborhood, bordering on beautiful Washington Park and funky Lark Street with its many shops and restaurants,. The building is a walking distance to downtown, the Capitol, Albany Med, Albany Law, and SUNY Albany. Literally only steps to all of life's needs.

Absolutely no parties and no -on under 18. If we find out you broke this rule, we will not only immediately ask you to leave, but an automatic $500 fee will be added.

Great location & Stay

This is a fantastic building in a great location with easy check in and safe off street parking. Safe walkable area with so much to do right outside your door. Nice outside space for people watching. Clean and bright! Highly recommend.

Very easy checkin. The location was perfect for our purposes. The off street parking with designated parking spot was just fantastic. My only complaint would be the lack of kitchen towels, paper towels were provided, but when doing dished it would be nice to be ablhave

The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient to most of the places we wanted to go, such as the state capital and Empire State Plaza, both of which we walked to. The down side is that it is located in a noisy neighborhood on a busy street. Worse for us was the fact that the people above us sat out on their balcony until well past midnight and chatted loudly, making it difficult for us to fall asleep.

Cute little one bedroom, clean. Neighbors smoked a lot of pot so the apartment stunk everyday. Could provide more towels for people staying more than two nights. Walls of apartment very thin, bring a noise maker to block out noise or use ear plugs because neighbors were loud most nights. Close walking distance to many restaurants and bars and we were there for an event at MVP arena and could easily walk there every day, however the neighborhood to get there was a little sketchy on some streets. Full kitchen was nice to do meals, dishwasher, laundry, all good.

Long Term Stay

My stay was absolutely phenomenal! Communication with the host was clear and efficient. I stayed here for 10 weeks during a summer internship and it served all of my needs. During my stay, I had a minor issue with the tv and the host was extremely responsive in fixing the issue. The area the apartment is located in is perfect for long-term or short-term stays. There are coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a beautiful park all within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside of the apartment building. Additionally, everyone in the apartment building was friendly and I never felt unsafe while living there. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and would absolutely stay here again.
