About this property
Newly renovated, near Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center
This newly renovated, air conditioned, pet friendly Cottage is located on the same large private lot with a main house and overlooks a large grassy fenced yard. Perfect for lawn games or fetch. A private patio area that's great for morning coffee or enjoying the catch of the day. A large circular driveway and separate parking areas with room to bring your boat or kayaks. Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches are only minutes away. The bike trail to the beaches and Cape Cod Rail Trail are a quarter mile from the Cottage. This is our second rental property and is new to the market.
