About this property

Newly renovated, near Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center

This newly renovated, air conditioned, pet friendly Cottage is located on the same large private lot with a main house and overlooks a large grassy fenced yard. Perfect for lawn games or fetch. A private patio area that's great for morning coffee or enjoying the catch of the day. A large circular driveway and separate parking areas with room to bring your boat or kayaks. Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches are only minutes away. The bike trail to the beaches and Cape Cod Rail Trail are a quarter mile from the Cottage. This is our second rental property and is new to the market. Perfect getaway

We loved staying here -- great location, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable cottage with lots of thoughtful details. It was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. Hope to return next year!

The best!

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! It’s the perfect location, close to the national seashore and great restaurants. Our dogs love it too. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect rental for a couple

If you’re visiting the national seashore, this is a great location. The property is well-kept. There are many restaurants nearby. In the spring, the property is extremely quiet.

Sweet cottage

What a wonderful cottage! Just as we expected and more. This cottage is on a quiet, beautiful piece of property surrounded by spectacular giant shade trees and pretty landscaping. Easy in and out to route 6 as the traffic light is close by the cottage location. The cottage was very clean with some important comfort aspects. The king bed was comfy, linens cozy. Great shower and water pressure. The kitchen was nicely appointed with new appliances and well stocked. High ceilings give the cottage a nice airy feel. Our tiny furry dogs enjoyed peering out the mostly glass front door to see the resident squirrels. While the living room is non the small size there was plenty of room. A great feature was that I could lay in bed and watch the tv in the living room at the end of a long day. I can say we truly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve rented homes on Cape Cod for the past 7 years. This cottage is by far superior to all the smaller homes we stayed. So happy we found this place. Looking forward to a future stay at the same residence. Thank you Bob for exceeding our expectations!

Great location to visit Cape Cod National Seashore

Great location for visiting the cape especially the Cape Cod National Seashore. Very clean modern place to stay. Manager gave quick responses to all of my requests. My husband myself and our small dog enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for my partner, myself and our dog. The dog loved the large yard and we loved everything about the cottage, including the proximity to the beaches and other towns we like to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage

My husband and I and our miniature Goldendoodle enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our dog loved playing in the fenced in yard. We enjoyed biking on Cape Cod Rail trail, touring Cape Cod and daily ferry excursions to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Highly recommend this cottage, great location and property. We had a fun and relaxing getaway.

The perfect couples cape escape!

My wife and I stayed at the property and have nothing but good things to say about it. The rental was super clean and felt very homey upon arrival. This unit is the perfect space for a couple looking for some r&r on the cape! We will definitely be back!
