Quiet, Clean & Modern Townhouse at Gold Coast with 'Welcome Breakfast kit' incl.

Staying at this quiet and unique corner townhouse at the popular community Gold Coast, will make your stay on Aruba very relaxing and comfortable. It is only 3 minutes from two of the best beaches in Aruba: Malmok (very good for snorkeling) and Arashi. Many restaurants and nightlife is only 5 minutes from the property.

The community is completely gated, save and child friendly. The quiet and beautiful community pool is right across from the unit. At the pool area are toilets, a shower and BBQ Grill for your comfort.

In the community is a Clubhouse with gym, 3 pools and tennis court which you can use for free. It also features a restaurant, called Saliña and is open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Gold Coast is located opposite an 18 hole Golf course!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful area. It is modern equipped. Via the Living Room through the sliding doors you'll find yourself on the private patio with gazebo for shade, enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge seats and have a BBQ!
If you want a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful private villa, you should choose Casa Diamante!

Through the front door, you are welcomed into the open living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, like dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and fridge. Washer and Dryer are also available.
And if you like to drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning on the patio, bring your favorite Nespresso cups, because there is a Nespresso machine you can use. And if you do not want to go out immediately to get groceries, a 'Welcome Breakfast kit' is included with items like coffee, tea, cereal, milk, jam, waffles, juice, fruit and yoghurt.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a large En suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be put together for a queen size bed) with a separate bathroom. In the living room is a comfortable queen size sofa bed for an additional two guests.
The bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with a split unit A/C.

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and completely furnished and has parking space in front of the house. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

Gold Coast palace

Beautiful home with a great location. Petra was very active with us the entire stay. Needless to say we wanted for nothing. Very safe, clean, and perfect area to be in Aruba. Awesome beach and restaurants literally within minutes. Tons of beach stuff, cookware, and Saliña was good restaurant as well. We highly recommend this property!!

Another amazing escape to the Good Coast

This is our third time staying in this unit. Right across the street from one of the community pools with very nice gas grills. The unit was perfect size for our family, had a welcome kit of breakfast foods, beverages and of course so Chills to kick off the week in Aruba. The unit also had tons of pool floats, noodles, beach chairs and cooler. We had Eve try thing we needed and the hosts were very responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Fantastic property and beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was so clean, we had everything we needed and Petra was so sweet to see us in and check on us during the stay. The property location is perfect for quick drive to Palm Beach area and anywhere on the island. Access to the portal to find excursions in the area was wonderful and we utilized the house book extensively to explore new beaches, restaurants and the island. Property was perfect for us to have a relaxing and wonderful stay and will definitely return for a vacation next year! Thank you Petra for making our vacation one to remember!

Nice place with only one glitch...

Our family stayed here for a week before the Christmas holidays. Petra was phenomenal: helpful, friendly, and always on time and available. She is really good at what she does and I would not hesitate to stay at another rental that she manages. The house was nice because it was located on a corner with very quiet neighbors, had a large patio area, and was located directly across the street from one of the three pools. The only glitch was that there were roaches in the kitchen and living room. Although I noticed them on the second night of our stay, I didn't want to have the place sprayed because I didn't want our daughter exposed to insecticides. I informed Petra when we checked out and I'm sure she has already addressed the problem. Overall, this was a great place in a good location.

Thank you for your time to review our property. We are sorry the experience was not up to our usual standard. Of course we took immediate action when we were informed about the roaches. That same day we had a professional pest control company spray the complete house and property. They informed us that it looks like the eggs off the roaches probably came with the boxes from the supermarkets, because the roaches where still small and the house and community are clean. We can assure you no more roaches in the house!

We were extremely pleased with our entire first trip to Aruba! House manager, Petra, was very helpful and quickly responded whenever we had a question. The home is exactly as described and pictures are very accurate. Plenty of room to lounge and rest. The home has a nice breeze at all times. It truly is well stocked for the guests. It is located right across from one of the pools in the gated complex. We enjoyed watching the iguanas in the pool area. We counted 11 on our last day! Having a gas grill in the pool area and a charcoal grill on the townhouse patio was sooooo beneficial for our family. The pool and beach gear for guests usage was a blessing. The home is located in a very quiet yet upscale community located perfectly between the lush white sandy beach of Arashi and the rocky large crashing waves seashore of the California Lighthouse. Market and shopping was only a short drive. A vehicle is a must for the entire island to be enjoyed.Thank you to both the house manager and the owners for helping make our trip a memorial experience!

Better than expected!!

Everything was as pictured. Petra is wonderful to communicate with. She met us when we arrived and checked on us a couple times during our stay. She even had snacks there when we arrived. Beds were pretty comfortable. There were plenty of supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need, even spices which is always a huge bonus when traveling. We will definitely look for any rentals that Petra has in the future!!

Wonderful property in a great location

Upon arriving at the property we were greeted by Petra, the property manager. She was wonderful with her attention to detail while showing us around the place. The condo was well appointed with all the necessary tools in the kitchen and for the beach! The condo location was great for us to quickly drive to the beach but not be in the crowds. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and beautifully landscaped. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a very good location, close to the beach and to all the restaurants around the high rise hotels. The complex has a good size pool and security all the time. The property manager, Petra, was very helpful and easy to reach. I have been going to Aruba for the last 8 to 9 years and this is the first time we were given a WELCOME basket as Petra did when we arrived. My grandkids loved the basket. We all had a good time in paradise Aruba.

We had an amazing visit with this lovely townhouse. We enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful patio. The unit was clean and was furnished with all the necessities. The beach chairs and beach cooler allowed us to pack up the rental car and hit all of the beaches of Aruba (Arashi Beach was our favorite). Great week spent in this clean and comfortable townhome. Although a car is necessary, beaches and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away where parking is easy and plentiful. The home is conveniently located across the road from the pool, which is also kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast basket is a very welcome bonus and we had no need to buy any more breakfast food. Petra is friendly and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend highly to those seeking more space and comfort than an hotel room. All in all a great property!
