We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 building.
This is a wonderful 2 bedroom with full kitchen.
Great west and south facing windows.
Roof top patio is shared with other guests. The perfect family unit.
These are in addition to our other Stay properties.
There are 12 airbnb's in this location. We do not recommend it for Bachelor X parties. You do have neighbors. We do not allow interaction with the passing cars.
Attractions close by:
*Half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake.
*4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park
*The Ritz, Miles and Dry Dock are steps away, you can begin your FUN IN BOJI!
*Boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly!
After launching by Triggs Resort, you can pick up your guests
off the Ritz dock or the public dock on west lake. We can help you with space for your trailer close to the Suites.
You will receive a check in email with your code 48 hours before your check in.
Sunset Suite has a larger living room area than our other suites. It has a full kitchen and great windows that look to the south onto HWY 71. Our rooftop patio is open for our guests to use. We do not have a grass/yard area at this location. You can play games in the parking lot area or on lower level patio.

We highly recommend you bring your bikes and enjoy the Dickinson County Bike Trail. You can get on the trail right in front of our location and head north or south to start your ride around Lake Okoboji. If you are bringing young kids, scooters and wagons are also nice to have.
We have plenty of parking for boats and trailers in our south parking lot.
