Updated, and well maintained. Professionally cleaned after every guest. Off street parking. One block to a small neighborhood grocery store, a bakery & coffee house, and bus stop. Very close to the downtown restaurant district. Quite neighborhood, on the edge of downtown.

I hope it can stay every time I come to Ann Arbor

Very comfortable. Very good sleeping from someone who doesn’t sleep well. Close to downtown. Very non toxic for those who don’t like new construction and pressboard furniture. Good to host my college guy for the basketball games and card playing. The Lenten roses were in bloom even though we had a snow storm!

Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2024
