It has ample off-street parking in back, is well appointed, and has a full kitchen, three bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, updated kitchen (full size refrigerator in basement), dining room and laundry area in basement with washer and dryer and large covered front porch. All bedrooms and bathrooms require stairs as the bedrooms and main bath are upstairs & half bath is in basement. NOTE: security cameras are mounted at front and rear of home to monitor exterior doors
