Great house for our party of six in town for a wedding. A/C worked well on this hot weekend and there was plenty of parking for our three vehicles and a nice secure little yard for our two dogs. Kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. All six of us could sit comfortably in the open plan living/dining area. Highly recommended!

The house was as described with lots of little extras (snacks, coffee, night lights) that made our stay pleasant. We were in Saline for our son and daughter in-law's wedding celebration and the house was very comfortable for the four of us. I can see where the game room basement would be fantastic for families with young children. There was plenty of parking, The location was easy to find and convenient to both Saline and Ann Arbor.

Very clean and comfortable house to stay in while visiting family in Saline! The kitchen is modern and updated, the bedrooms cozy and the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and very clean. I would stay here again!

House was in the perfect location to be close to the venue where my son got married. Living room, kitchen, eating area very cute and a great place for the 4 of us staying in the house to hang out. Whole house is kind of small, but still more space overall than had we gotten hotel rooms, and nice to be together. Large family room/second living area in the basement with another large tv. I mis-read or didn’t realize the second full bath was in the basement. Nice bathroom down there, just inconvenient when our bedroom was on the main floor. Bedrooms were very sparse; night stands with no drawers, and no dressers. Closets in every bedroom and now plenty of hangers because I bought some and left them behind. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels available. Good size area outside area with a new table, chairs and large shade umbrella. We sat out there every morning to have coffee. Friendly dog next door!

Inside was pretty clean with comfortable beds. The outside is not pretty, but if you just want a clean place to sleep it’s fine. There are lots of games in the basement, just don’t expect a yard for kids to run around on. House is on a busy street with only a small sloped front yard leading right to the busy street. I didn’t think of this when booking, but if there are no pictures of the outside of the house or yard there’s a reason. I was confused because when I shared the house details on VRBO with my mom it showed a cute little brick house as the thumbnail. That IS NOT the house. It was fine for my groups’ needs but I think it’s overpriced for what it is. I’ll choose a hotel next time.

The host was an excellent communicator. The place was as expected and is true to the pictures. I left my watch and the owner reached out to me the next day. I offered to reimburse for the expense of having it shipped to my home. The response was, we will take care of it and that it wasn’t necessary. Great after service!

Very nice house, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on main level. One full bath downstairs in basement. Tons of games to play in the basement and newly remodeled / refreshed upstairs. Plenty of towels and paper products, that made it easy! Little further than I thought from the main campus, but it worked out well. We saw deer at night which was really special!

Clean house well provisioned with a very functional kitchen. Very responsive host. Washer/dryer in basement worked well. On a busy street so at certain times harder to get out on street so suggest turning in driveway for forward exit. Lots of games in basement would be great with kids. Definitely met all our needs for my husband & I plus my brother.

Location of place was great. The yard could have been maintained better and if you are bringing a pet be aware the fence is not secure. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils like a spatula, and the knives did not cut anything. The bed was very comfortable though and the bathroom was clean. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the basement, but it looked like a fun space. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The inside of the house is clean, cute and comfortable. However the exterior is run down, the deck needs replacement and the yard is weedy. It's on a busy with traffic noise in the bedrooms. The sheets are of poor quality and there are no hand towels, dish towels or dishes like large bowls for cooking or serving. Finally, the second bathroom is in the basement and hard to access for older individuals.

Nice place, but lacking some of the finer details

Overall the place was pretty good, but had a few minor things. Found a few spiders inside. We didn't spend much time outdoors (it was during a heat wave) so unlikely all came from us. Breaker was tripped upon arrival. Kitchen was lightly furnished. Found ourselves washing dishes by hand for our family of 5. As I said it was a heat wave, but AC could not keep up. Lots of amenities in the basement for kids, but it was so cold in the basement they never lasted more than 1 minutes. Basement was easily 60 degrees or lower while main floor couldn't get below 75, it seemed (and felt hotter).
