This 1 bedroom, luxury apartment is in a prime location ! Walking distance to U of M hospital , central campus Kerry-town, downtown shopping and restaurants. It is also minutes away from Argo Park which offers beautiful hiking and running trails which takes you around the Huron river, as well as a wonderful canoe livery.
This unit is in a lovely Ann Arbor home on the old west side of Ann Arbor near the historical district, and has the best of everything! -All Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. hardwood floors throughout and granite counters. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with porcelain tile and a Kohler rain shower , towel warmer. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer in unit, and a private entrance. The rent includes water, gas ,electric central air conditioning, high speed internet .

Beautiful Basement Bungalow

Luxurious bedroom and bathroom, didn’t feel like a basement unit at all. Fabulous location with short, easy walk to Kerrytown and campus.

Cozy, Cute and Comfortable

This was a perfect place for us to go to for rest after a long day at the University of Michigan hospital following my daughters surgery and recovery. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nice welcome basket that was left for us and Kathy was always in touch making sure we were comfortable or needed anything.

This is a terrific property. Great shower (as others have noted). Host communicates very well, including about things like the stairs. Location is central to downtown but on a nice side street. We had an excellent stay.

Perfect quiet apartment

We loved our stay in this cozy luxury apartment. Location is close to everything in diwntown Ann Arbor, but out of the way in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. One of my favorite rental stays yet.

Beautiful Space & Wonderful Location!

Beautifully finished basement apartment, conveniently located near the train station, Gandy Dancer, and Huron River. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very clean, cozy, and the perfect spot in downtown Ann Arbor!!

Great Host - Great Apartment

The apartment is perfect for two or three. It is well-decorated and nicely appointed. The place worked out great for us. Kathy was a great host, even finding time to get us a grill so that we could have some burgers and dogs after our celebration. Would happily stay here again.

Wow! Better than a 5 star hotel experience

We stayed at Kathy’s place for 3 nights. Everything was spotless clean and all the amenities were A+ rated. Kathy also regularly checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The stay was one of the best stays we were had. Highly recommended!

Cozy Getaway

The place was beautiful as pictured and super cozy. The fire place heater really warmed the place up. The bathroom is like a spa. It was also a pretty great location, we took a walk downtown which was nice and not too far. Overall amazing and I would stay again!
