Great house! Great location! Very clean and well stocked. 10 out of 10. Basement and work out room were a huge plus. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were visiting family. We look forward to returning to our new home away from home when we are up visiting our family in Michigan.

Thank you, Lorinda! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. You were our first guests! And you were great guests as well. (I rated you at the highest level, too:)
The house is exactly as advertized. Very comfortable with separate full baths for each bedroom. Nicely set up for hanging out, or taking time alone. The shower heads are a little low, anyone over six feet will need to use the owners bathroom to shower. Host is very nice, pays attention to details and is responsive. Best stocked kitchen we have had at a vrbo!! It was easy to prepare our meals and the dishwasher is super quiet. Hope to stay here again!

About the host
Hosted by Melanie Barnett
We are Melanie and Kevin, the owners of this home. We LOVE Ann Arbor and also have a home in Ludington Michigan where we stay when this one is rented. In Ann Arbor, we enjoy everything from trail biking in nearby recreation areas to dining at the many excellent restaurants to attending performances at Hill Auditorium or the Ark or any of the other many performance venues to quiet walks around the neighborhood and university campus.
Why they chose this property
Tree-lined and quiet overall, and with this house on an even quieter one-block-long street, this is an idyllic place for a stay in Ann Arbor. It's a 15-minute walk to the stadium, and a short drive to downtown, main campus of University of Michigan, all kinds of shopping, farmers' market, movie and performance theaters, and freeway entrances.
What makes this property unique
The cool-vibe MCM decor and spaciousness of this house really stand out. You'll feel both comfortable and just plain HAPPY in this space.
