Our family was gathering from all over the country to come hang out with our kids who live in Ann Arbor for our family vacation week. This home has great space, is well appointed and was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Very clean and close to everything! GO BLUE!
Absolutely perfect for our family gathering and football weekend. Great quiet neighborhood, comfortable clean home and we would definitely stay here again.
Nice, clean home in a great location! We had an easy commune to U of M each day for gymnastics camp. Homeowner was easy to work and quick to respond. Would recommend and would stay here again!
My mother underwent surgery at the Ann Arbor Cancer Center. Your home was perfect for my family, and especially for her...she stayed one night before being admitted. We look forward to staying here

We were in town for my son's wedding and were able to accommodate our family very well in this house. Plenty of beds and space for people to spread out but a nice dining room table to gather. Garage was a nice bonus and the kitchen was well stocked and updated.
This house had a great location with a short car ride to many activities in town. Easy access to the main road to go to the airport. The house was very clean and charming! We enjoyed spending time at the house and playing the games in the basement.
We enjoyed a family get together at this very nice Ann Arbor home. The house was in a quiet, pretty neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown with convenient shopping and interstate access nearby. It was well stocked and very clean. The manager Ashley was very easy to communicate with . We would definitely stay there again.
This is a cozy and surprisingly spacious property. Updated in all the right places. Immaculate and very well stocked. I would recommend to anyone/family that is looking to explore Ann Arbor! Pets too!
My entire famliy-- 2 brothers, wives and adult children all had to be in Ann Arbor for an important family function. We were so delighted to find a house that was large enough for all of us. All the more so with the great location.
The house was beautiful, clean and well furnished. It made our gathering in Ann Arbor work in ways that it never could have without this excellent house for us all to be in together.
I booked this home for athletic officials at a UM event. The 4 bedrooms worked well. The 2 upstairs rooms were like dorm rooms, and the 2 downstairs rooms were more private bedrooms. Three full bathrooms were great to have too.
There was ample space for conversation and comaraderie, as well as places to pull out laptops and work. The kitchen is large but we didn't really use it. There is a double garage and driveway, and we appreciated the indoor parking in snowy weather.
We would happily stay here again when we return to Ann Arbor.
The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms more than accomodated our family. There were plenty of dishes and glasses for entertaining, assuming most food was being brought in on platters ready to serve. It was also well set up for baking from mixes. The dishwasher had a large capacity and worked well.Half the house appears to be an addition and was generally sound. The original portions has floors that squeak in places, doors that stick and some stripped screw holes in fixtures, but nothing major. The basement has 2 enormous washers and dryers as well as a very nice game setup. There was plenty of hot water. We had a baby with us and Ashley was wonderful about providing a crib, PackShe also arranged people to shovel the drive and take out the garbage cans. Checking out was simple. Many stores and restaurants are in easy walking distance and despite being close to major roads and I-94, it was nice and quiet all day and night. As my daughter said, "This is one of the few VRBOs I would return to without hesitation. No quirks and the host (Ashley) was so responsive!"
The tri-level home is beautifully done. Great Corner lot for viewing all the greenery and the walkers. It's Located near University, shopping and Walgreens 😊Plenty of beds, but you must enjoy a firm mattress. Loved the master bath set up , however it doesn't have the largest bed 🤔😊. The house is stocked very well from dishes, spices, coffee with travel cups, and even has a high chair and we think a play pin. There is a ping pong table and basketball shot game the family enjoyed. TVs are in downstairs bedrooms, living room and basement.
We did have two issues, which we brought to their attention. 1 the booster on the air handler, at night it was more noticable in the master.
The second issue was understandable, but no offer was made to remove/ cleanup the issue.
We would recommend for sure.
Thanks for opening your lovely home to us
- The toilet seats in the three bathrooms had issues. The two toilet lids did not stay up when men were using them. Also, when both lids were down, and you sat on it to do your make-up it was too flimsy to do so. You may want to look into wood not plastic.
- The basement door shuts automatically, and it slams when it shuts. It is very loud and startling.
- The bedroom door for the downstairs room with the king bed is very squeaky.
Other than that, the property is very lovely and absolutely perfect for what we needed.
Thanks
The home is in a beautiful neigorhood in close proximity to our Ann Arbor activities. Plenty of space for our families and the beds were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and lots of available parking, including garage parking. The owner was quick to respond to our texts and we hope to stay there again in the future.
5 adults and a 18 month old stayed comfortably in this house during the art fair. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown. The weather was great so additional outside seating would have been nice, otherwise we had everything we needed. I did message the property manager about trying to get in early, but no response. 5 pm check-in seemed a little late to us especially with a little one, but we enjoyed our time waiting to check in at the nearby brewery within walking distance!

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quiet and private yet the proximity to downtown Ann Arbor and so many shopping amenities close by make it the perfect combination to both enjoy the city and university while having all modern conveniences at the end of the day right at your finger tips.
What makes this property unique
This property has the old world charm of the early 1900's but has been updated to include a master ensuite, central air, modern kitchen and second floor bohemian oasis. Three full bathrooms make it perfectly comfortable for large groups and family gatherings. It is a space that has charmed me since the moment I saw it!
