Only a 5 minute drive to downtown and a 7 minute drive to the stadium. The surrounding area has many shopping, grocery and restaurant options for all your needs. Fenced in dog run in the backyard! This property has the old world charm of the early 1900's but has been updated to include a master ensuite, central air, modern kitchen and second floor bohemian oasis. Three full bathrooms make it perfectly comfortable for large groups and family gatherings. It is a space that has charmed me since the moment I saw it!
