Weekend with family: 3 couples, 4 kids. Great location, excellent house layout. Fenced backyard was perfect with the small kids. Easy to check in and out. House had lots of provided everyday use amenities. Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful reunion weekend at this property. The house was clean, well equipped and so comfortable. The location is amazing - a short walk to the Big House and a longer, but very doable walk to campus. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and we loved staying here. Plenty of parking at the house which was an added perk, especially on a football Saturday in Ann Arbor. I would absolutely stay in this home again if given the opportunity!

The house was perfect for our family’s visit to Ann Arbor for a Michigan Football game and campus tour. It was perfectly clean, well kept, and had everything one would need and expect. We all were very happy with the accommodations, and it was a good value for the price and particular weekend. The host, Mary, was excellent to deal with. She was very responsive, responsible and quickly answered all of our questions. Her instructions were clear and simple, which made checking in and out and accessing the house a breeze. The house itself is in a lovely Ann Arbor neighborhood just a few minute walk to Michigan Stadium, Crisler Center, and a few more blocks over to Yost Arena. It’s a slightly longer walk, or just a short car/taxi ride, to all other parts of the Michigan campus and the downtown Main Street area. It’s an older house but the kitchen is large and modern and the finished basement is a nice addition, with a lot of additional sleeping space and a nice larger bathroom.

A great place to stay in Ann Arbor! And it may be even the best place since the hosts Mary and Josh are so gracious and communicative. My family loved staying here for the holiday week and found it even cozier in the snow. Big thank you to our hosts who even took care of snow maintenance while we were there! Wonderful stay and when we come back in the future we hope this home will be free.
