About this property

Perfect location near the Big House, spacious, & with all the comforts of home!

Watch the world go by from the cozy light-filled living room, or walk out the door and be minutes from Michigan Stadium and Downtown Ann Arbor. This is the perfect place to stay for football weekends or a family visit to Ann Arbor any time of the year.

Enjoy the fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen which connects to the dining and living area with large-screen TV/sound system. A beautiful new fireplace will keep you warm and cozy! The family room in the lower level provides extra space to stretch out and includes an additional large screen TV.

Three cozy and comfortable queen beds in the three main floor bedrooms. The fourth bedroom in the lower level has 2 twins (day bed) and the adjacent family room has a queen size futon for additional sleeping space if needed. Sliding barn doors can be used when needed for privacy between family room and the lower level bedroom. The fabulous lower level bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or from the family room area for convenience. Max occupancy is eight people.

The owners of this house continuously work to perfect all of the comfort details we feel are important to guests. We stock extra towels, blankets, kitchen basics, etc. A two car attached garage with a breezeway entry into the house will keep you dry on a rainy or snowy day. Two additional parking spots are available in the driveway.

A great place to stay in Ann Arbor! And it may be even the best place since the hosts Mary and Josh are so gracious and communicative. My family loved staying here for the holiday week and found it even cozier in the snow. Big thank you to our hosts who even took care of snow maintenance while we were there! Great house for game weekends!

We stayed here with our adult sons while visiting our younger son at U Mich. It was spacious & clean with a central location close to the stadium. Mary had great communication as well. The house is very spacious, with comfy beds. The kitchen has every possible gadget/pot/pan as well as coffee, tea etc. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again!

We are lifelong residents of Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide the highest quality hospitable experience for guests in our home.

Why they chose this property

This house is centrally located on Ann Arbor's Old West Side. The house is blocks from the Big House and in the heart of game day excitement which makes for the ultimate home game experience. Likewise, the house is minutes from downtown Ann Arbor where the restaurants rival those of the greatest metropolitan areas in the nation.
While the location puts guests steps from downtown and the stadium, the house is in the gorgeous old west side neighborhood which makes for enchanting evening strolls. Eberwhite Woods provides a scenic natural diversion that is easily integrated into these walks. We are confident that our guests will come away from their stay in our home feeling like true Ann Arborites.
