Really cozy den off the kitchen, and leading to the pool and patio area. Features a second U-shaped sofa that will easily seat 6 plus a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling wood burning brick fireplace. Great for snuggling up with a book! This is my favorite room. I love to open one of the french doors that lead to the back patio and I read a book or work on my laptop while I listen to the wonderful exotic birds. Very relaxing!

Our home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix, which encompasses an area of 35 square miles with a population of around 200,000. The home is located in a solid middle class neighborhood, with a mix of business owners, white collar workers and blue collar tradespeople. The neighborhood is safe and stable, with little turnover, most homeowners having owned their homes for at least 25-40 years. We have an active neighborhood association that protects our neighborhood and creates a real sense of community among home owners.
My home is centrally located, only minutes from all major freeways, and is only 15 minutes from really any where that you would ever want to go. Here are the distances from my house:
