House has ONE parking space. If you need another space, there is one available nearby inside the gated community but not at the house. UBER and taxis are easily available and will get you downtown for $2-4 USD. The city's ciclovía (dedicated cyclist lane) passes in front of the gated community so you can bike to downtown if you'd like (15 min).
