Orlando 20 Guest Villa Centrally Located with Game Room

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place located in downtown Windermere! 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms can sleep up to 20. Across the street, there is a park and only a few minutes is Downtown Windermere which hosts several events and has a weekly farmers market on Fridays. There is also access to many other parks in the nearby area along with easy boat rentals for lake access or guided tours for water sports like tubing or wake surfing.

We have a master bedroom which has a king-sized bed along with a memory foam pullout sleeper sofa for 2 guests. This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, a bathtub with jets, and a walk-in closet. Another benefit of this room is that you will have your own 64" TV.

Next, there is Jack and Jill these 2 bedrooms both connect to a full bathroom in the middle. There are 2 spaces one where you can use the sink and a separate space with a bathtub to shower or to use the restroom. These rooms also have one king-sized bed each and both include TVs.

Finally, there is a room at the far end of the house which has 2 king-sized beds. Along with a connected full bathroom which has a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a TV.

Other spaces in this home include a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

A bar space that is being used as a game room/office. This space has a foosball table, connect 4, and an air hockey table.
Also, there is a full-sized ping pong table.

The family room connects with the kitchen/breakfast area. This space includes a TV mounted above the fireplace and 2 memory foam pullout sleeper sofas that can comfortably sleep 4 guests.

There is also a formal living room when you enter the home and this space is where the ping pong table along with 2 more memory foam pullout sleeper sofas that can comfortably sleep 4 guests. Connected to this space is also a dining room.

Finally, there are 2 patios one covered space in the front and a larger covered patio space in the back yard. This backyard patio is accessible from many different areas in the home. From the master bedroom to the formal living room, the kitchen, or family room.

Guests have access to the entire home at all times except for the garage. There is parking available in the front driveway.
