Spacious. comfortable home with four bedrooms and an office space. Fully furnished. Tasteful decor, easy access to Crystal Beach and restaurants. Quiet, private, ample parking. Well water, city sewer. Fresh and clean. Stacking washer and dryer. Free standing punching bag and weights. Bring your own gloves. Dining table seats six. Large smart TV in sunroom. Shoes off policy keeps the space in check. Carpeted upstairs, slate floors on first floor. There is a single stairway. The full bath has a hot shower, vanity and toilet, The half bath has a sink and toilet and is on the first floor off the kitchen. There is a Keurig and tea kettle, over the range microwave oven and ample storage space.
Large yards, no fences.
Lake Bomoseen is located in central Vermont, near the New York border – just off Vermont Route 4. With 2,400 acres of pristine water and a backdrop of tree covered hills, it’s the perfect retreat.
