The space
Bloomingdale is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood with a rich history. Stroll through tree-lined streets and discover a variety of local shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, farmers market and yoga studio just steps away. Explore the iconic National Mall and the many museums and memorials DC has to offer.

The apartment is located close to Howard University (15 min walk), Catholic University (8 min drive), and Gallaudet University (10 min drive).

Getting around
The closest Metro (Subway) Stations are:
Shaw/Howard University (Green/Yellow) 6 min walk,
NoMa (Red line) 15 min walk.

Several bus stops are also conveniently located nearby, with service to Chinatown/Downtown, the National Mall, and Union Station, etc.

It is a 9-minute (Uber/Lyft) ride to the Convention Center.

DC's bike-share service called Capital Bikeshare is one block away.

Street parking is generally available and we offer a visitors parking pass upon request to avoid parking tickets.

The Space

The exclusive space features a secure keypad for self-check-in entry; one queen size bed and one queen size sleeper sofa, a fully appointed kitchen with ample pots, pans, cookware, dishes (kid dishes included), glasses, and kitchen appliances so you can cook during your staying; Two smart TVs; high-speed Internet; and an in-unit washer and dryer.

We stock the bathroom with standard supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and sheets are provided. There is a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and soap for laundry

Our welcoming space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Please note if you are sensitive to noise: We live upstairs so you will likely hear footsteps/paws
