About this property

Fall in love with this adorable home only 1/2 mile to downtown Oxford. Our cozy cottage has a fabulous location for a fun-filled weekend at Ole Miss. Newly constructed in 2020, this one level, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath southern charmer has everything your group could want for an unforgettable college town visit. Each of the three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and walk in closet. An open floor plan opens the kitchen to the den into one large space, great for entertaining. Shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink and huge center island make this kitchen excellent for cooking for a crowd and an excellent gathering space. Our house is a short walk, only two streets over from Harrison’s Bar featuring a large outdoor space and live music. Walkable to all things OXFORD! 1.1 mile to the Grove, 1.1 mile to Swayze baseball field, 1.5 mile to Vaught-Hemingway Football stadium. Furniture update coming end of July 2024, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. We have made an extra sleeping space out of our office, with a king bed across hall from 1/2 bath.
