Wonderful Resort and Villa!!!

My family had a great stay at the villa advertised. That's not to say that we didn't have a few bumps in the road. The villa was without running water for a day and although we called on several occasions, it didn't seem to be a priority to fix. After returning home from a muddy excursion, not having water until the next day was frustrating. We also had to rent the golf cart for a $60 deposit, only for it to break down the same day. Other than that, our stay was beautiful. The breakfast prepared daily was delicious and she also kept the villa well-cleaned during our stay. The location was perfect! After a long day of bouncing around the resort, it was great to come back to a comfortable place secluded from the crowds. Lastly, our managers who assisted with the booking were very helpful and communicative.

Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize for the inconvenience of the water supply issue and the breakdown of the golf cart. Rest assured, we're contacting customer service at the resort so they can prevent recurrence. We're delighted you enjoyed the delicious breakfast, cleanliness, and the villa's location. Your compliments regarding our booking managers are greatly appreciated. We value your feedback and hope to welcome you back for an improved stay in the future. Best regards, Gayle & Cynthia

Great Hosts

Gayle & Cynthia were great hosts & very responsive. When the resort screwed up Gayle tries her best to fix it even while she was on her own vacation. We were due a refund because of the resort screw and & Gayle & Cynthia sent the refund most expeditiously. I cant speak any more highly of them!

It was a pleasure working with you! We do apologize for the resort's issues and wish we could have helped further! Communication is key and had you not notified us of your situation, we wouldn't have been able to help at all. Thanks for being a great group! Remember to contact us for ANY of your vacation needs! Short, long, cruises, trains.... Take care, Cynthia and Gayle
