Relax in this cute oceanfront, beachy themed cabin that's located in the heart of Ocean Shores! What separates you and the sandy beach are the sand dunes and trees! The private hot tub is where you'd want to be after a sun-soaked day at the beach!

Conveniently located near downtown, plus being next to a hotel ensures easy access to amenities and nearby services. You’re within walking distance to shops and restaurants, with most attractions just a mile away.

Other things to note
* We welcome 2 pet dogs that are well behaved and housetrained. Please make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet dog or two. The pet fee is $75 per pet per stay, to be collected upon confirmation of your reservation. No cats allowed. Please scroll down to review the Pet Policy. *

Getting to the beach:
- Walk / drive along the street to the public access. About 0.5 miles away, a 15-minute walk or a 2-min drive.
- Walk thru the sand dune trails from our backyard to the beach, 7-10 minute walk.

The space
This cabin has 4 rooms and 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms, easily accommodates up to 10 guests - 3 kings and 2 queen beds!

*** Additional fees for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and vehicles. Failure to comply to the House Rules will result in additional fees and subject to eviction.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking. A minimum of $500 will be applied for additional cleaning
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 10 guests is strictly enforced. Any guest over the maximum occupancy will result in a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours are strictly enforced, resulting in a $500 fine and eviction
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Video and Audio Monitoring - This property features exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located on the front facing the driveway, and 1 camera is on the back patio facing outward
- If any house rules are violated during your stay, you will face a minimum of $500 post-stay fine and immediate eviction from the property, without a refund

ANY UNAPPROVED PETS WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $500.
- We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, which is why we happily welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs to our home.
- During the booking process, please indicate if you will be bringing a pet dog by checking the designated box. Additionally, kindly share your pet dog's details with us at the time of booking.
- Please note that a pet fee of $75 will be applied per pet, per stay. If you plan to bring 2 dogs, please inform us in advance.
- We kindly request that you refrain from allowing your dogs on the furniture, clean up after them, and avoid leaving them unattended. Additional cleaning fees will apply for any necessary cleanup related to your pet's stay.

- There may be people performing routine services outdoor for Exterior Maintenance during your stay. They would only be outside and will not go inside.
- Ocean Shores is surrounded by wild animals and there might be wild animals making an unwanted visit. Be vigilant and dust up on safety tips for unexpected wildlife encounters. Our home is fully fenced, please keep the gates closed to prevent unwanted animal visitors.
