Lisa’s place was adorable and just what we needed for our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. Lisa had nice starters of everything for our stay which is always a welcome treat. And the location cannot be beat. Two blocks to Old Folsom! I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you Lisa!

This is a very charming place in a great neighborhood. It’s extremely clean & equipped with every thing you need. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. TV is awesome & the area is quiet as well. The host was wonderful about all communication. A winner all around.

The rental was in excellent condition and the place was well stocked with good appliances, cooking equipment, etc. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very restful.It was also a very restful place to stay and economical. I would definitely stay there again,

Cozy stay in Old Town Folsom

The house was a perfect stay for us. Excellent and quiet neighborhood yet still very close to old town Folsom with its cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. We enjoyed the many trails next to the lake and river. The house was exactly as portrayed on the website and with nice decor. The hosts were efficient and very responsive and helpful

Fun weekend in Folsom

The property was great; clean, comfortable, well maintained, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. Lisa was an amazing host, super communicative and providing thoughtful welcoming touches. The listing shows an EV charger onsite which isn’t currently there, but Lisa found me a list of compatible fast charging stations in the area which worked for us. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking to be close to the historic district.

The hosts (Lisa and Jim) were very welcoming and their hospitality was exceptional. We arrived to a very nice card and some snacks. The washer and dryer went out before we arrived and they were there working on it and eventually replaced it when they didn't have to. The home was beautifully furnished with everything you could think of and included a small Christmas tree. Although the beds were a bit hard for our liking, we firmly believe they didn't want to make it too comfortable for us so we wouldn't overstay.

Beautifully renovated little house

We went from VRBO often and often properties are not as described. This one is even better than the listing: obviously newly renovated, beautifully designed, great new touches that make the place seem like home. Really cannot thank Lisa enough for her kind and prompt communication - and the many 'goodies' left for our enjoyment! If you rent here, please do not trash the place in any way, so others can continue to enjoy the space!
