Stunning views of Ragged Harbour, a natural protected bay with full easterly view of the Atlantic. All enjoyed from the comfort of a completely remodelled and tastefully designed house that has a chefs kitchen and all the amenities for a special family or friends vacation. A minute walk to a near private beach, with many other phenomenal beaches but a short drive away. Good restaurants available within a half hour drive as are the memorable coastal towns of Mahone Bay and Lunenberg.

The house, a Cape Cod design, has been newly built with a coastal feel that draws the sea into the house. Shiplapped walls and ceilings, hardwood floors and stunningly furnished for comfort and relaxation. Dining for eight right next to the Chef’s kitchen and kitchen island can make for memorable meal preparation and enjoyment. A wine and beer fridge, ice maker and cocktail shaker set will definitely help set the mood.
The bedrooms have breathtaking views of the Atlantic and Harbour. Bathroom floors are all heated for foot comfort and the soaker tub in the ensuite main bedroom is a luxurious place for respite. The large screened in porch in front has dining for eight, a lounging set with ocean views and a hot tub that can melt all worries away.

You will have complete use of the house and grounds. We also own the house next door, The Puddin’ Pan, and while the driveway is shared the houses are private and independent. A short walk down the driveway and over the barrier wall brings you right to a wonderful sandy beach which is excellent for swimming.

We encourage guests to take a walk out to the left of the house to view Ragged Harbour. While the rocks can be slippery, the beach and views of waves crashing on the rocks, the seals and waterfowl make the trip very worthwhile. Short trips to other local beaches and landmarks are contained in the House Manual.

Water comes from a drilled well and is pristine, clear and refreshing. It is regularly tested for safety.
We are on a sceptic system so please put only organic matter and supplied toilet paper into the system. No diapers or wipes, or feminine products.
