The house sits next to a beautiful river. The house is well stocked with all the basics. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The grill and outdoor area are perfect for eating and relaxing with the family. Great overall location.

Great home. Great location directly on the dammed river. My son and his friends had a nice time fishing and kayaking/canoeing. We were very happy to not have to bring our own kayaks. That saved a lot of hassle! House was very clean and well-stocked. John was super helpful and very quick to respond to any messages both before arrival and during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The mini-split did a great job of cooling the main living area, but if you wanted to sleep with your bedroom doors closed, it got toasty.Convenient to shopping, dining, and things to do.We would definitely come back.

The house is located in a private, quiet location yet close to many convenient shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there were more than enough amenities throughout. The host communicated with us and was readily available if we needed anything. The views out back were an added bonus that made our trip even more memorable.

Had to come up to NH for a funeral and bring our dogs. This place was great, quiet with a great yard for walking the dogs in. The house was exactly as described and we couldn't have had a better time. If it was a bit warmer we might have enjoyed the river but the view was also very nice. Our hosts were responsive to our questions and certainly take pride in ownership. Next time we are in the area we will look to see if this place is available. It was well worth it.

Beautiful house with everything you need

We really enjoyed the stay. It was 10 mins from our friends place on the Merrimack river. Everything was clean and accommodations were perfect. We will come again! Excellent host with communications too. Highly recommend

Great place hosts very reachable, only downfall one shower, the other is a jacuzzis tub with handheld sprayer. Tough getting ready for a wedding with one useable shower for a family of 4 . But that would be my only complaint.

New Year’s Ski Trip

Everything about this stay was great. The cleanliness, comfort, view… I could go on and on. Loved spending time in front the fireplace! The location of the home was central to everything we needed and there were plenty of food options to choose from, both dine in and Carryout. I would absolutely visit again. We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice with beautiful views of the water. There were many amenities- paper towels, napkins, tin foil and saran wrap. Condiments and spices. Bathrooms had toiletries for our use. We appreciated the extras which are not always supplied in other rentals.

PERFECT! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, kitchen items were labeled appropriately which helped avoid searching for things. Check in and communication was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Added bonus having the view of the lake in out back and we even spotted a blue heron in the backyard 2 days in row who was casually strolling by! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
