State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile.
Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and three fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Great location and attentive management!

The condo was clean and in a great location to the pool. Patio had a nice view. All three rooms were neat and clean. Dan was so kind when our air conditioning needed to be adjusted. Very attentive and caring. I would definitely stay here again.

The space is beautiful, spacious, and truly a lovely place to stay. For us it worked perfectly. Be aware that since our space was on the 2nd floor there are a lot of stairs that others might have difficulty with. If stairs are not an issue you are in for a treat.

Booked a Three Bedroom Villa on a Whim at the Last Minute and it worked out great.

Spacious villa and a great alternative to expensive resorts in the area …if you like the feeling of your own place and don't have a need for room service and daily maid service, it's a great alternative….the property is well maintained, comfortable, quiet and safe with several pool options to accommodate families and those that are looking for a little peace and quiet.

We have been coming to Legacy Villas for over 10 years and were very pleased with The Legacy Luxury Rentals Team. They were very easy to communicate with and take excellent care of their properties. This Villa was very clean and well maintained. Really comfortable beds and good location (overlooks main pool and the hammocks which was big selling point for my 15 year old). Greg came to check in with us to see if we needed anything and was able to help with TV set up. Looking forward to renting from this team again and highly recommend.

We love this area in La Quinta and these condos are the perfect place to stay for larger groups (we had 5). Only hiccup was the garage door opener was missing and management didn't notice; we had rented bikes and needed to use it for bike storage. Also, it would be great to have close up make-up mirrors in the master bathrooms. Location and place is great!

Thoroughly enjoyed the villa. The location was excellent - being right across the street from the main pool gate. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I found it excessive to be told it was my responsibility to strip beds and start wash. We were there on a quick, weekend getaway... I have no problem with taking out trash and loading dishwasher, but I’m a single mom with two young kids. If I had wanted to spend time cleaning and doing laundry I could have stayed home. Especially because a significant cleaning fee is charged with the booking. Having stayed in various units since Legacy Villas first opened, and returning multiple times each year, this was the first time I was given a list of what I consider excessive chores to complete before checking out.

Wonderful and relaxing!

This is the second year we have enjoyed Dan's condo at The Villas. If you are looking to relax with zero concerns, this is the place. Four friends were very comfortable. Everyone had their own space, plenty of elbow room. The view of the pool and hammock area from the terrace is perfect. Dan was great to work with and everything was easy. We hope to enjoy next year too!

The area and property are great. Easy to get to. Many things around the area. Very frustrated with entering the property. Security was often "making rounds" and we had to wait at least 5 minutes just to enter through the gates. On one occasion, we had to wait over 10 minutes because of issues and problems with one group entering the property ahead of us.

Wonderful! Relaxing and spacious!

A lovely relaxing place to stay. This place was great for our family of 5. Big enough for us to all have our own space, comfortable, clean with lots of amenities. I would love to plan a family reunion here. It is close to everything but peaceful and calm. Resort like setting with lots to do. The gym, pools and gardens are all at our doorstep and we loved just staying in this complex.

A desert gem tucked away in the heart of La Quinta

Beautifully maintained property from the accommodations to the resort. The property is centrally located and close to all the major golf courses and the quaint La Quinta downtown area. The owner was highly communicative and extremely accommodating. Unquestionably, I will stay there again the next time in La Quinta. I've stayed at the La Quinta resort before and Legacy Villas is a step above......
