Just off Highway 56, the property is only 1.4 miles from Presbyterian College and 2 miles from downtown Clinton. Also, only 12 miles from Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site and 21 miles from Rose Hill Plantation for the history buffs. *There is cattle on the property.
