Seaview Villa sits elevated above the Caribbean with Hans Lollick Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 20' pool.
THE REMODELING JOB FINISHED in Fall of 2018, with additional windows added in every room, 4 renovated bathrooms, a new half bath, outdoor bar next to the pool and all new painting. Every piece of furniture and all appliances are new.
(4) large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and completely new furnishings, split AC units and new windows assure every guests comfort. One king bed made up with (2) large twins which can be separated.
Kitchen has Mahogany cabinets and new Stainless Steel appliances.
The Living Room has leather sofas, HD TV, wifi internet and AC. A half bath is in the hall.
The two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging.
The grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation and custom stone walkways.
The property is within the Mahogany Run community, which has a gatehouse peopled 24 hours per day.

Great family spring break

We had a great family stay at the villa. The pool area and stunning views are the major highlight - you won't be disappointed! There are also plenty of places to sleep with enough privacy between rooms. It's a short (but of course hilly !) drive to Red Hook for food or the ferry to St. John, as well as into town at Charlotte Amalie.

Beautiful property and views

This property is perfect for a group. Everyone had their own personal space and the community areas and pool were perfect to gather. The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking, the beach, and a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Great Spring Break Spot

Joel was very accommodating to all of our needs. He provided us with a great van service company, and we were driven by a driver that he has close connections to. Everything in the house worked well, and there were clear instructions on how everything operated. The kitchen came fully equipped with pots and pans, along with a plethora of spices so we could make our own meals. The pool was heated, and the views from both decks were stunning. The gated neighborhood, and reliable communication with our driver and Joel made us feel very safe. Highly recommend this place to all who want to get a true feel of the beauty of this island, away from the bustling and touristy resorts and hotels.

Fantastic views !!! Joel was very responsive to some concerns and took care of them immediately. I would suggest a table inside for meals and to play games. Sometimes it was too windy outside, literally our food blew off our plates. We all had a great time and would recommend it

I grew up in the outer boroughs of New York and moved to Manhattan in the late 70's. Real Estate ownership and management has been my business since the early 80's.
Once I 'semi retired' I was drawn to more beautiful property in the Virgin Islands. With a partner I bought my first place on St Croix, which we still own.
In 2012 I found a great waterfront home in the Peterborg East area, just west of the newest property, Seaview Villa.
Seaside, which has been tremendously popular with renters, and Seaview, both share the same breathtaking view, which is what I love about each of them.

Why they chose this property

Seaview was affordable and needed just the right amount of upgrading that makes it so rewarding for me.
All the 'bones', like masonry construction, incredible landscaping, pool and stone walkways were there. And that magnificent view!
I just needed to leave my mark on it.

Guests at any of the properties I've involved myself with all enjoy one terrific thing, and that is VIEWS!
The Caribbean and its little islands make for breathtaking living, which transports one away from all of life's problems. These homes are not merely a place to stay.
