A charming, simple home located in downtown Kalispell, Montana! 2 bedrooms, 1 .5 bathrooms centrally located on the eastern side of historic Kalispell, close to all of the shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation you could ever want in your northwest Montana trip! Newly renovated space in a quiet neighborhood makes this home perfect for a comfortable stay. 18 minutes from the airport. Centrally located in downtown Kalispell! This property is a first floor, private unit of a duplex. Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, with one full bathroom and one half bath with an open kitchen and living room. Full laundry included for use in this property! Guests have full private access to the first floor, ground level unit of the home and front yard. Easy access to neighborhood sidewalks! Please note this unit has street parking only in front of the house. Alley parking behind the house is reserved for the basement unit. We ask that guests are respectful of the downstairs tenant and follow quiet hours between 10 pm - 7 am, no parties please! Guests will have their own private unit and entrance to the duplex.
