The location is close to town, easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and the gondola. Well appointed kitchen and comfy rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
The townhome was clean and welcoming. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely come back here to stay for future Tahoe visits.
Enjoyed staying at the Zephyr Cove property. It had plenty of room for my family of 4 and our friends’ family of 3. Convenient location to skiing and casinos if you have a car. Would love to stay here again next time we are in the area.
The house is immaculate, well appointed, and well located. The house is absolutely spotless. It is easily the cleanest house we've ever rented. It has everything you need for an easy stay right down to full size washer/dryer (the owners even included laundry detergent). There is a game area in the loft that we really enjoyed. The house is about 2 minutes from a Safeway and 5-10 from the heart of South Tahoe so it's conveniently located to all the lake activities. We thoroughly enjoyed it..
Gina was very helpful with the checkin process; we enjoyed the home. Very close to all restaurants and casinos.
I’d encourage everyone to ask Gina for taxi numbers; Uber and Lyft are very hard to come by. Aside from that, the only negative was the heat; the home was very hot (85+) when we arrived. To be fair, Gina did warn us of hot temperatures in Lake Tahoe before our arrival. We left the screen door open at night to let in some of the cool air and the house was much more comfortable a day or so later when the temps started to drop. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 starts; aside from that we enjoyed the trip.
Great place & location, fantastic property manager!
We had a very pleasant stay at this house, the place is as described in the post and on the pictures. The location is perfect to go skying at Heavenly and enjoy South Lake Tahoe treats. Gina the property manager is amazing, very responsive, very accommodating. We had one issue during the week-end and she was very fast to get back to us and did her best to solve it. We would definitely come back!
Clean and well-stocked, in terms of kitchen and games for children. Check in process could be better, had to pick up and drop off key from host in the same complex even though there is a lockbox in front of condo. Condo is situated some ways from parking so a disadvantage if there is a lot of stuff to unload in the middle of winter since pathway and stairs was slippery and icy. Host requires renters to sign a short term rental agreement which amounts to 12 pages or so, very unusual, have not encountered that in 6 yrs history of staying at Tahoe.

Let’s start by the fact that this guest has been using VRBO platform for 5 years and NOT one review. That was our red flag. Moving on, there were several areas that needed special attention and additional cleaning which took several hours. We were also subjected to damage that occurred during these guests stay. We did recover some of the monies however, it is disheartening to come across guests like this who don’t take accountability for their actions nor are willing to take full responsibility to make whole and right what was wronged. This is disrespectful to the host and breaks the trust that the VRB0 community is built on
We will quickly respond to the areas mentioned. Our Lock box is for emergency access to our buildings sub area, not for gaining entry access to our home. Our protocol for gaining access to our home is for a key to be picked up and returned to our host. This is our prerogative and a safety measure we have in place. Our home is approximately 70 feet from the parking area to our door, so not really a treck in perspective. Our home is very close and visible from every floor. Yes, we do have snow in Tahoe in the winter and yes it can be slippery. This can be expected during the winter season in Lake Tahoe. We do have ice melt available for the guests to use if necessary. Finally, as far as our property guidelines and agreement goes, we have 13 pages and 6 is our agreement, 1 is to obtain your required parking permits and the others are for information to keep handy during the stay. We have found that hosting over the course of 15 years using the VRBO platform is based on Trust and Transparency. The foundation if you will that makes for a good stay for both the owners and travelers. As our guest you have expectations to enter into a clean, comfortable and well-kept home, as do we expect our home to be treated with gentle kind care and mindful acts.
So... we had a wonderful time, the Property Manager Gina was an absolute Sweetheart, Star of the Show, help us with the logistics of the location, getting in and out, parking. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths was GREAT... Location to Stateline was great. Location to Zephyr Cove activities - great...
Negatives... 1) Oh my - if you have any issues with your knees, use of stairs, this is NOT your unit. Sorry - but this just has to be mentioned... It was a Nightmare for me personally. 2) Our stay was in late August. There is NO CENTRAL A/C. There is a portable system on the main kitchen level. Cools down at night so just fine - during the day WAS NOT okay... Uncomfortable. Obviously during the winter - you will be JUST fine... 3) Nothing we can do about the poor timing related to all the ROADS inside the development being repaved at the precise time of our visit but WAS THE POOL, other Clubhouse amenities, note Photo of the Pool to start the request for How was your stay... If the Pool was available to us, "shame on me", I do not know the Pool was available. It was a very warm weekend, we would have used this for sure. If it is ONLY available for permanent residents, please REMOVE this photo. Overall - we had a great time and unit was super functional. Stairs, bringing everything to and from parking to unit was painful.

Pools are closed to all guests, visitors and owners due to COVID. Tahoe has experienced much warmer Summers as of late. Although we don’t claim to have A/C, we installed a portable unit in addition to an awning over the balcony to mitigate the heat.
The property was amazing! It had all the things we needed to cook our own meals. The bedrooms were nice and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect! About a 10 drive to Nevada State Beach! Our group had no complaints about anything whatsoever.
Our family of 6 stayed here in July and really enjoyed the property. It is centrally located to the South Tahoe activities, we were careful to pick nonpopulated areas and take out to keep our Covid bubble. The house felt very clean and is well cared for. Being July we really appreciated the air conditioning and shade over the main room window. We had a really relaxing time, thanks Gina for hosting us!
We had a very nice stay in this spacious condo. It is well located and has all the necessary amenities. We found it clean and comfortable—and would be happy to stay there again!
We had such a fantastic time in a beautiful place. Gina was very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. We can’t say enough about how nice the accommodations were/are. Just like described in the posting. We will be back!!
We had a great girls getaway, for my mothers birthday, at this home. The house was clean, and had all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. There are multiple levels to this house which made it roomy enough for all of us to enjoy. But a side note, there are quiet a few stairs, two levels to get to the front door and 2 levels to get to the main kitchen area.
It was perfect for us- we had two younger kids 6 & 8 years old. They slept down stairs and did not disturb those who were sleeping up stairs. The house included a surplus of towels, and the linens/beds were very comfortable. The open floor plan with the kitchen opening to the outdoor deck was great for entertaining and spending time with family.
The location was my favorite. It couldn't have been better! It was close to restaurants, shopping and easy access to nearby beaches.
Gina was very helpful in answering any questions, and was very easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this property as a place to stay while in Lake Tahoe.
Only things we were bummed about, is the fire place was just for looks. It was not available to be used. And they have strict policies about number of people and visitors not not on the list. We had family who lived near by and felt nervous about having them over to visit. Just few minor things...
PS. If you like sushi, Naked Fish, is a must try. I have had lots of sushi throughout my life, and this restaurants service and sushi is by far the best i have ever had!!
Great place for us to stay with our adult kids while visiting Tahoe. Very quiet setting in the midst of the tall pine trees and boulders. Loved the serenity and the views from the pool. We got our exercise with all the stairs. The new air conditioning certainly was appreciated. A great experience overall!
We really enjoyed our recent visit to Lake Tahoe. Everything from hiking, the beaches, the downtown CA entertainment to our townhouse stay was incredible! Gina is a great hostess and makes everything from your check-in to your check-out experience very helpful and easy. The swimming pool at the recreation center was very nice and clean! The townhouse was very lovely, clean and well organized! We were thankful for the added amenities that we were pleasantly surprised by, one being the air conditioning unit. Everything was in great working order, some supplies were provided, and a grocery store was close for anything I was missing. Next time traveling to Lake Tahoe, I will definitely check this place out again! Thank you Gina for being such a great hostess!
Had a great time at this property. The property manager was great, and very informative and quick to help provide information and tips about the area and was really friendly.
The property was clean, well laid out, and perfect for our group of friends!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
We all enjoyed our VRBO stay at Lake Village over Father's Day -
everything was clean and welcoming - great Location!!
