Offered as either 4Bedrooms 2.5Bathrooms or if your party needs more space add the 3rd floor Master Suite for a total of 6 Bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. Situated in the quiet Lower Chelsea section of Atlantic City this home is a short block to the beach and boardwalk. Close enough to the action and far enough to enjoy a relaxing getaway, this house has it all. Built in the 1920's it has been restored to maintain some original charm with refinished original hardwood floors throughout, granite counters and stainless steel Bosch appliances. The house has off street parking for up to 3 or 4 vehicles. There is an outdoor area for grilling and an enclosed cedar outdoor shower. Enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing or dining on the large furnished front porch. Master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom. Junior Master has a queen bed and access to a large balcony. This home is ideal for a beach getaway with friends or family.

Great property!

Great house 1.5 blocks from the beach- pictures represent exactly the layout! Tons of room on the main floor. Mark was very responsive and helpful!

Big Beautiful Beach House Close to Everything

Tall ceilings, hardwood floors, tons of space, and steps from the beach! A 2 minute Jitney ride away from the casinos! Walk down to the beach, relax on the front porch, or hang out in the huge kitchen/dining area. I did all of these things during our stay :) Relaxing and fun. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice home

We had never been to the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the home and beach. House was very clean and large and the beach was very clean and not overcrowded.

Perfect beach weekend

Beautiful Home

Great home for a family vacation, one short block away from the board walk/beach. Beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room, 4 bedrooms and 5 beds (1 king size, 2 queen, 2 twin). Drive way that provides enough space for 3 cars, walking to the casino is only 10-15 minutes. Mark is helpful and attentive, before we arrived, he provided all the advice on where to go and things to do. Next time i go back to Atlantic i would most definitely stay here again.

Beautifully Redone!

WE had a great week at this house. It is beautifully redone and was very clean. The beach was a very short walk away, and it was cleaner and not as crowded as further down on the boardwalk. We had to travel to and from the Convention Center area for events, and it was very quick and easy to get there. We also walked down the boardwalk several times to the busier shops-and-casinos section, and it was a bit of a distance but very doable. The owner, Mark, was very nice and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend this property, and we would return there.

Clean and updated!

Even before arriving for the weekend my correspondence with Mark was fast and extremely helpful. The emails were full of advice for what to do, where to eat, and where to see the fireworks for the 4th. On arrival the home was well maintained and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were new and up to date. Our trip was my husband and I, plus both sets of families. We were very pleased with the beach which is only a block away. It wasn't overly crowded. Very comfortable. Also, it's close enough to walk up to the main section of the boardwalk for more action. We will definitely look into returning to this property in the future! Thanks Mark!

Wonderful Stay and this beautiful home!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated home. It was blocks from the beach and a short ride to Atlantic City attractions. The house had ample space, was airconditioned and clean! Mark was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely stay again when in the area!

Great Place! Highly Recommned

If you are looking for a place near the beach in the Atlantic City area then I highly recommend this home. Beautiful home conveniently located just a block from the beach and only a few minutes to the boardwalk and the rest of Atlantic City. Nearby Jitney stop was very convenient when going to and from the casinos. It was very clean and accommodating for our recent weekend getaway with friends. Very spacious where you can easily have 8-10 people staying here. I had no problems what so ever and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and great location

The house is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room in the kitchen, dining room, and living room with new furniture and appliances. The bedrooms were upstairs, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is perfect to walk to the beach/boardwalk and close to the casinos. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this rental for your next vacation!

We purchased this home for the close proximity to the beach, the charm of the house, and the nice area of the city. Our home was renovated with pride and we look forward to having great long-term memories with our family here. We are a family of four with two small children and this neighborhood is very kid friendly. Enjoy our house and we hope you make fond memories of your own to share for years ahead.

What makes this property unique

The front porch is our favorite part of the house. It is almost every day that we get an afternoon ocean breeze on shore. We have a comfy outdoor couch on the porch that is perfect to reflect or take a nap.
