Enjoy majestic views from this tastefully decorated two bedroom condo. Located on the eighth floor overlooking Sugar Mountain ski slopes. The kitchen has everything you would need to fix your favorite meal and has stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and the guest has a queen bed. Each equipped with smart TVs and ceiling fans. Enjoy the electric fireplace and large smart TV while relaxing in the cozy living room. Unit has high speed internet for your convenience. Washer/Dryer available in unit. Guest have access to indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and weight room.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Please be advised that there is a parking shuttle that is ran by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system.

Overall very unique location and great unit

I think this location really needs a split up on how its reviewed:Unit Pros:Very nice setup, INCREDIBLE views of the slopes, nice decor! 2 bathrooms were nice!Unit Renter Specific ThingsMaster Bed is one of those foam beds that are very stiff. The ones you see in commercials where someone jumps on one side and the other side doesn't move. Water tank is small so 5 people coming from slopes all at the same time requires a bit of staggering to allow water to catch up.Unit OpportunitiesThe green sheets on the fold out bed had maybe stains from bleach? Dishes from previous renters really were not washed well and still in dish washer. There were white stains on the comforter in the master bedroom. I think this is the units 2nd review and maybe they need a better housekeeper or better coaching. Definitely one part that detracted. Location Notes:We came when it was -20 wind chill after a storm. It was also after a snow fall so this place was BUSY. The Shuttle service sometimes had 2 car loads before us. Shuttle was a Grand Wagoneer . Staff is SUPER nice, but waiting in the cold was a bit of an issue.Hallways are long and a dated, building needs a bit of TLC outside with stucco, entrance steps, etc. NOTE: For the cost, this site provides GREAT value and do NOT regret staying here at this site / unit. I wrote this review because it would have better prepared me for some of the sites unique quarks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful view of the ski slopes and surrounding area. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
