Peaceful Colonial on Private Road in Greenwich, CT

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. It’s renovated & stocked with everything you need.

The main floor is an open concept with an eat-in kitchen which leads to the living room and family room. The main floor powder room was just completely renovated. There is a dining room that can hold 8-10 people. Off of the kitchen is a guest suite with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. There is also laundry facilities on the first floor. Right off the living room is a screened in porch overlooking the pond in the backyard.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom that was completely renovated. The next bedroom has a double bed. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds. The two bedrooms share a full size bathroom. There is also a dedicated office upstairs as well that can fit a queen or twin air mattress which are provided.

The basement just went through a gut renovation. In this space you will find a bar and lounge area for adults, a TV room, bathroom, and a kids play area.

The garage was transformed into a gym with weights, a squat rack, ab machine and treadmill. Kids bikes, scooters, and outdoor toys are also in the garage.

Pack & play, high chair, toys & other kid amenities can be made available.

Close to the train station, downtown Greenwich & Armonk, HPN airport, & walkable hiking trails & great cycling routes.
