A slower pace of life on the farm. A hot, home cooked meal when you arrive, fresh eggs every morning. You can take some time to feed the chickens, pet the goats, or maybe reconnect with mother earth and try some time gardening. You are perfectly located to include visits to see some world class vacation destinations in the beautiful Black Hills. Located just 30 minutes from the Badlands National Park and 45 minutes from Mt. Rushmore. For those needing handicap accessible give us a call and we can probalby provide reasonable accomodations. Come watch the sunset in a relaxed setting where you can spread out and actually enjoy your vacation.

We believe that vacations should be about making memories and spending time together. We want you to have a great vacation at our Farm Stay. You can choose to interact with the animals, the garden or just sit and relax in the quiet contryside. We will help you get the best vacation possible in the Black Hills of SD with local home grown knowledge to get you off the beaten path and still see the important places like Mt. Rushmore. We have many relationships through out the area and are happy to get you custom tours and backstage access to the places other visitors only wonder about.

Why they chose this property

We are in the country on 10 acres and we love the quiet country living. We love that we can produce our own food from eggs to home grown chicken to fresh garden vegetables. Who could ask for more than fresh air and honest living.

What makes this property unique

We are perfectly located just 30 miles (30 minutes) from Badlands National Park with its rugged beauty and only 45 miles (60 minutes) from Mt. Rushmore. It is a short rumbling drive down the interstate if you want to be here for the soul shaking Sturgis Rally, park your bikes inside the shop for added protection. Maybe you want to see those "fluffy cows" (bison) everyone talks about, we can arrange an upclose and personal experience, just dont pet them.
