Experience all Bozeman and southwest Montana has to offer in this ground-level apartment 2.8 MILES SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT featuring incredible mountain views in a quiet country setting. 2 minutes from I-90 and 1 minute from HWY 191 to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. Whether you are traveling for work or a vacation, this apartment was perfectly created for 1 or 2 guests.

The Space
Your apartment is attached to our ranch-style main house, so we are onsite at the other end of the property. The apartment features a large bedroom (medium-firm queen size mattress, platform bed) with a closet, a kitchenette with an Air Fryer and a George Foreman-style grill (NO STOVE/COOKTOP/OVEN), an amazing bathroom with a large custom walk-in shower, and a living room with a couch that converts into a double bed (on the firm side). Onsite parking available for up to 2 vehicles with option to use the attached 1-car garage that opens directly into the apartment. The two blue Adironkak chairs outside of the Apartment are for guests to enjoy as well.

Guest Access
There are two private entrances into the apartment: 1) door facing the road & front driveway, & 2) through the 1-car garage door (manual open; west side driveway) with direct access into the apartment. The garage is all yours if your vehicle fits - it is for guest use only.

You're welcome and encouraged to say hello to the goats and the chickens. Enter the fenced backyard thru either end of the house (east or west), say hello to the Maddie Dog, and feel free to bring the goats a treat or 2 (jar labeled in the kitchen). Be sure to latch the gate on your way in and out for Maddie's safety. And please do not enter the far east pasture or the chicken coop to keep the anxiety to a minimum for our farm animals (that, and because there's lots of "presents" to step).

My husband and I became hosts in February of 2020 after completing the final phase (the apartment you may be about to book) of an entire house remodel, inside and out. What makes this property unique

The property is located on a paved country road that is busy during what we call "rush hour", but otherwise relatively peaceful and quiet. The huge field across the road has either cow or something growing to feed the cows, depending on the time of year. There is very little light pollution at night, so the view of the stars is spectacular at night. And the best part is the 360 degree view of impressive mountains encircling the valley we're in. You'll quickly find out why our listing is called "Million Dollar View".
