Ground floor family apartment in Haussmannian building dating from 1877, completely remodeled in 2020-21. French oak floors «baton rompu» throughout, quartz countertops in full kitchen and bath, 2 large bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Private courtyard features half bath and laundry room. 600g bath linens. Commercial coffee grinder and espresso machine. Filtered water tap. Upright Yamaha piano.
Steps from the famed Rue des Martyrs, a gastronomic paradise with a preponderance of bakeries, butchers, cheese shops, fishmongers, chocolatiers, wine shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. A short walk down Avenue Trudaine (even more restaurants) to Place d'Anvers for the Friday Farmer's market. Head north and in 10 minutes you'll have climbed Montmartre Hill and are at the top of Paris, at Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Or, for more earthly pursuits, head 10 minutes west to the Moulin Rouge and Pigalle.
