Villa Baia Branca (“the white sand” in Portuguese) is a beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom villa just a stone’s throw from Jan Thiel Beach.

On the private, fully enclosed property, there is ample space for two cars. The modern style of the villa immediately stands out: sleek and white, yet warm and inviting. The fresh green of the tropical garden completes the first impression.

You enter via the spacious pool deck and terrace. On the terrace, you’ll find a lounge set and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the private pool. Around the pool, there are various seating areas and, of course, comfortable sun loungers for those who love the sun.

Stepping through the large glass sliding doors, you enter a spacious living room with an open kitchen featuring a large cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and more. There is also a dining table in the living area, making cooking and dining together a real pleasure. The living room has a flat-screen TV with a cozy sofa, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace.

From the living room, you can access the four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet and ample closet space.

A washing machine is available in the garage for your use.

The supermarket is just a short walk away, and within 5 minutes you can reach Jan Thiel Beach with all its watersports, the Papagayo and Zest beach clubs, and the lively Saturday afternoon happy hours at the famous Zanzibar. In short, a perfect accommodation for a wonderful holiday.

You can rent a 7-seater Toyota Rush (automatic, 2023 model) for €69 per day with a deposit (which also serves as the deductible) of €500.

The villa has an additional floor with a complete apartment. This apartment will include 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, and a large semi-covered terrace of 14x4 meters, including a pool and a stunning view of the surroundings and the sea.

The whole villa is suitable for groups of up to 14 people. Both accommodations can also be rented separately.
