Perfectly located 1.2 miles from the Pinehurst Resort, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium backs up to the 2nd tee on #5 and is across the street from The Harness Track. The property has been completely renovated from the studs out and furnished with Arhaus furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, pots & pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery. There are 2 coffee making options, Keurig and regular brewing machine.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV with Roku & Spectrum options. Island eating area and plenty of seating. There are 2 balconies, one furnished with a bar height dining table and 4 chairs. Cleaning, Trash and parking are included. A coin operated laundry facility is right next door.

This location is within walking distance to the Pinehurst Resort, the Cradle and to the Village of Pinehurst.
