Charming, owner managed, modern cabin built in 2020. This spacious 1,800 sq ft cabin boasts an incredible location in Bear Cove Falls Resort in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Less than 1 mile to the parkway attractions and just a little over 2 miles to Dollywood! Only 7 miles to Gatlinburg through the beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park.

*Security camera on back door frame, it only views small part of door area. Camera does NOT face hot tub or backyard.
Camera is for protection of our property when vacant. Back door camera is NOT armed while guests are visiting.

*Guests must agree to our cabin rules before I will accept booking.

*RULES

*We have a very strict NO SMOKING policy, Absolutely NO smoking on the premises including front porch and back patio. ANY evidence of smoking will incur a fee for furniture cleaning, odor removal and cancelation of reservation.

*Candle use in the cabin is strictly prohibited.

*No parties or events permitted. Maximum capacity is 6 at all times, no exceptions.

*NO PETS, $500 charge for violation and reservation will be canceled.

*This is our second home. We cherish this cabin and kindly ask you to leave things in the condition you found them, preserving it for future guests and hopefully for your own return visits. We take great pride in the cleanliness and condition of our cabin. Our goal is for our guests to have an amazing stay!
